Delivery & Returns

Delivery Coverage and Costs

We offer free standard delivery to all addresses in the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This covers mainland addresses accessible by standard delivery vehicles. For offshore islands and remote locations, additional delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed before your order is processed. All deliveries are made to ground floor or kerbside only. If you require delivery to an upstairs location or room of choice, this service is available for an additional charge of twenty pounds and must be arranged when placing your order. We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

Delivery Times and Process

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched with tracking information. Our courier partner will send you a text message 24 hours before delivery with a two-hour delivery window. The driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery during your scheduled time slot. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rearrangement. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fifteen pounds and must be requested at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If packaging appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and photograph the damage before the driver leaves. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of damaged items and send replacements or issue a full refund. Keep all original packaging for seven days after delivery in case any issues arise. We cannot accept responsibility for damage not reported within 48 hours or for items damaged after delivery has been completed. Missing items must be reported within 48 hours with your order number and delivery confirmation.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items for a full refund. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Shower cabins and large items must be unopened with manufacturer seals intact. Small items such as faucets and accessories can be returned if opened but unused. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and arrange collection for large items. You are responsible for return shipping costs for small items unless the product is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items. The refund will be made to your original payment method.

Cancellations and Order Changes

You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched, standard return procedures apply. To cancel an order, contact us immediately by phone or email with your order number. If you need to change delivery details after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate address changes if notified before dispatch. Changes to product selections may require order cancellation and replacement depending on order status. Custom orders or special configurations cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. We will notify you before processing any order that cannot be cancelled.
